The article partially reads, "A Republican victory in November was predicted Wednesday night by congressman Alphonzo Bell Jr. (R-Calif.) at the 57th Assembly District's annual Lincoln Day dinner at Sportsmen's Lodge, Studio City. Bell charged that the present Democratic administration in Washington 'is adding to the division and discord in the world,' adding that this would be a big help for the Republican victory. 'Abraham Lincoln called on the generosity and justice in man,' Bell said, 'and we can do no less today.'"
