Description
Photograph of the new building of the San Fancisquito Canyon Hydro-Power Plant (Power House No. 2), after 1928. A cement building with ornamental columns and engravings sits at the bottom of a hill below center. Dirt land in the foreground leads to the building while pipes extend out of the building and up the hillside. The two darkly colored pipes sit to the right of what appears to be a steep stairway up the hill. The side of the hill is covered in small shrubs.
