Photograph of an exterior view of two homes on Spring Street during winter, [s.d.]. Just right of center, a paved walkway is flanked by squat palm trees. At the end of the path, a two-story Queen Anne-style home can be partially seen. Farther left, a second two-story Queen Anne is pictured, featuring a domed tower at its far left side. Small trees on a patch of crenulated grass separate the two buildings. Caption on front of print reads: "Best & Co. View photographers. 505½ South Sprint Street, Los Angeles, Cal." Printed on the back of the photoprint: "For sale, wholesale or retail.
