Description
Photograph article dated March 30, 1957 partially reads, "A pair of undefeated young featherweights, Alfredo Escobar and Herman (Baby) Duncan, crash the main event picture tonight at Hollywood Legion Stadum [sic], each engaging in his initial 10-rounder. Escobar, 1954 winner of the Golden Gloves bantamweight title and also national champion, is expected to rule as a slight favorite over Duncan, probably 10-8." Photograph caption reads, "Alfredo Escobar in main event debut." Photograph also used for articles dated November 30, 1957 and June 22, 1962.
