The man on the right is wearing a U.S. government medal around his neck.
Title supplied by cataloger. Ingalls’ original envelope said: "Temporary camp of Wolf on Hill and wife, 1875. Delegates to Grand Council." Identifications and date in title from print at Smithsonian/National Anthropological Archives; photographer unidentified. Note Ingalls' different identifications in fld. 12 (20). Hillers(?) negative no. 60.
