Photograph dated November 18, 1960 article partially reads, "Eloy Sanchez of Mexico City, who knocked Jose Becerra into retirement with an eighth round knockout, goes after the vacated championship tonight when he fights Eder Jofre of Brazil in a 15-round bantamweight title eliminator at the Olympic Auditorium. The battle of the 'little knowns' will go on at 9:30 p.m., with Sanchez a 7-10 underdog." Pictured is Eloy Sanchez.
