Description
Paul Spencer contributed to Cal Poly’s Voorhis Campus and helped acquire the Kellogg Horse Ranch in Pomona. His contracting company, Paul Spencer Construction Company, created many Cal Poly housing facilities for students at San Luis Obispo and Voorhis. From 1960 to 1969 he served as an original member of the CSU Board of Trustees.
