Description
Western Pacific Railroad dining car menu featuring a head of iceberg lettuce with any entree. This menu probably dates from the 1940s based on the mention of wine especially bottled for the WP's Exposition Flyer, service inaugurated in 1939 in conjunction with San Francisco's Golden Gate International Exposition.
