This facility, now known as Barry J. Nidorf Juvenile Hall, is located at 16350 Filbert St. in Sylmar.
Photograph caption dated December 30, 1964 reads, "Catholic big sisters talk to Superintendent Milner M. Clary at the new San Fernando Valley Juvenile Hall in Sylmar. Mrs. Anthony Rouch, right, and Mrs. A. J.
