Description
In his speech at the dedication of the new United Airlines facilities at the International Airport, Mayor Sam Yorty (right) "scolded" President Kennedy for "drafting" Francis T. Fox (left) to executive post in the Federal Aviation Agency. Fox has been general manager of Department of Airports here. Others in ceremony: W. A. Patterson, United Air Line President, and Melvin Erickson, President Board of Airport Commissioners.
