Photograph of an interior view of Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa showing the altar, ca.1930-1939. The altar is at right and consists of statue of a bishop overlooking a platform holding three framed pictures and flanked by three candles on each side. There is one alcove on either side of the altar, and a statue of a robed person is situated in each. A crucifix hangs on the wall at left, separated from the altar by a large archway. There are several candlesticks on the wall at right, and rows of pews occupy the foreground.
