Description: Actress Debbie Reynolds, president of The Thalians, and designer Edith Head model some of the costume accessories that will be in vogue at the organization's Mardi Gras party in the Levee Room of Lucey's New Orleans Restaurant on February 27, 1960. The affair will benefit the Thalians' Center at Mount Sinai Hospital. Miss Head will judge the prize-winning costumes.
