Photograph caption dated October 21, 1964 reads, "Canoga Park Emblem Club celebrated its fourth birthday with a dinner at the Canoga Park Elks Lodge. Presenting charter member Mrs. Kiki Clarke, left, Northridge, with honorary life membership in club are Mrs. R. B. Edmondson, club president, and Mrs. Scott Swaggerty, Glendale, first vice president of the Supreme Emblem Club. Supreme officers and past Supreme presidents were special guests. Mrs. Owen Moore, junior past president, was chairman."
