Photograph caption dated September 26, 1955 reads "A visual aid to mark the progress of Plummer Street School PTA membership drive has been designed by Mrs. W. G. Fulton, center. Mrs. John Mehalick, left, and Mrs. Harold Dyer, music and membership chairman, respectively, are wondering which room's mail pouch will be filled with memberships first." The school is in North Hills.
