Photograph included in the Exhibit: L.A. Landmarks - Lost and Almost Lost.
Exterior of the modern Northridge residence of director and cinematographer Josef von Sternberg on June 8, 1939. It was designed by Richard Neutra, built in 1936 and demolished in 1972 to make way for a housing development.
