Photograph of Officer Mars and the First Coast Battery Artillery after the earthquake, San Francisco, 1906. A long, set table stands at center with the men on sitting on wooden benches on either side. Many of the men are dressed in suits and hats while others are in uniform. The front man on the right side of the table looks towards the foreground with a defined mustache which shadows his lips. Several men stand in a line around a second table in the background on the right. Damaged buildings stand on either side of the street in the background on the left.
