Description: The mission's history in Madagascar. The west side of Madagascar. Mission Elieser ship sailed north, further from Tulear, along this coastline. It is by this time that Dr. Christian Borchgrevink writes its report to the Board in Norway, in which he describes the difficult conditions for the missionaries and emphasizes the importance of being spiritually mature and both mentally and physically strong. Approx. 1870
