Description
116 Cascade, viewed through dahlia garden and redwood trees. Typed on back, "Originally the Jerome Stanford summer cottage, this house is at 116 (was 112) Cascade Dr. it was called "The Nest:. It was bought by Mr. and Mrs. Bork in 1914. She started the "Sans Souci" dahlia gardens, pupular with the public until 1942 when the Borks sold the property. (The Borks also owned the house at 130 Cascade Dr. which had been the Mayer and then the Shirley home.)
