Photograph caption dated March 5, 1956 reads "Pacific Division, Bendix Aviation Corporation has announced a recent move of the marine department into these new quarters on Lankershim boulevard in North Hollywood. This new facility will house under one roof, all operations and functions of Bendix-Marine. This includes engineering, production, sales, service, purchasing, shipping and receiving. The Bendix line of marine electronic equipment includes marine radar, automatic pilots, echo depth sounders, radio telephones, radio direction finders and portable electric generators."
