Waist-length portrait of young woman in striped dress with bouffant sleeves, lace collar and beadwork down either side of bodice.
Maude was daughter of Horace Warren Hulbert and Celia Ann Willeford. Owned and ran the Georgetown Gazette, ran insurance business and was elected El Dorado County Justice of the Peace.
