Photograph caption dated April 19, 1963 reads, "Charles R. Hutchinson, general sales manager, Leslie D. Melville, manager of the Panorama office of Etlin Realty, and Jack Etlin view with pride the drawing of their new North Hollywood office to be constructed at 5938 Laurel Canyon. The structure, containing 3,800 square feet, will house a residential office and a separate income office. Temporary headquarters during construction will be at 5535 Laurel Canyon Blvd. With free training classes for additional personnel now in session, Etlin Realty has set plans for expansion with the opening of several new offices this summer."
