Description
The November 6, 1990 Ballot offers a dramatic series of competing and contradictory proposals addressing pesticide use, timber harvesting, tax increases, the length of time state officeholders may serve and other fundamental and far reaching issues. The results of the balloting could trigger historic changes in California government and public policy with potential reverberations beyond the state's borders. This document systematically analyses each of the propositions as they interact with one another.
