Description
Mr. & Mrs. John P. Mills anxiously watch as their 3-year old grandson, Robert Mills, is examined by Dr. J. Francis Guyton. The doctor determined that Robert will survive thanks to John, who saved his grandson's life by applying artificial respiration to Robert after he was pulled up from the bottom of a swimming pool in Laurel Canyon. Fireman George Sweeney is shown about to administer oxygen to Robert. Photo dated July 29, 1953.
