Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker talks about his audio book, “Drucker on Management.” This is the second part of a two-part discussion entitled “People Are Our Greatest Asset.” He begins by describing ways to motivate workers, and which is the most persuasive. He talks about the challenges of constant and continual learning. He describes the roles of human resource personnel. Drucker talks about how to properly recruit and fill a difficult position. He ends the tape by describing that managers should be constantly challenged to develop their full potential.
