Photographic portrait of Colonel Peynada who was on the staff of General Luis Torres in Mexico, ca.1900. He can be seen from the waist up facing right. He has a handlebar moustache, and his short hair is combed back from his forehead. He is wearing spectacles and a suit. His arms reach in front of him and are bent at both elbows.
