Description
Photograph of a view of a sidewalk in Weaverville, 1936. A winding staircase, "one of three in the town", stands center outside of the Masonic Building with the floor above shadowing the sidewalk below. To the left of the staircase an automobile can be seen further down the street parked underneath a sign that reads "Credit cards good here". Further down there are signs protruding from the brick wall on the left edge of the sidewalk that read "Merris Heaton" and "Eat and Drink". The sidewalk seems to be headed off by a tree at the far end.
