Photograph caption dated July 17, 1963 reads, "Puppet shows, watermelon parties and fairy tale play are among some of the summer programs planned by playground directors for children from kindergarten to junior high school age, during the daily activities on local elementary and junior high school grounds. Hart Street School, Canoga Park, becomes a play area for local children, from left, Andy Thager, 9, Troy Hatto, 5, and Chuck Treet, who are engrossed in a board game, as others look on."; See image #00119132 for additional photo in this series.
