This video shows the overcrowding plaguing the Correctional Training Facility at Soledad, California. It includes various shots of the outside of the facility, such as the main entrance, guard towers, and other buildings. Internal footage includes various dormitories, cells, and dining halls depicting a great number of inmates using these areas at the same time.
