Title from printed catalog. Support: Parchment. Script: Hybrida; gothic. Layout: 1-3⁸ 4⁶. Quires and leaves signed with letters of the alphabet and arabic numerals. Ruled space, 93 x 55 mm; 24 long lines, ruled in ink with single bounding lines. Assigned Date: s. XVImed. Input into Digital Scriptorium by: C. W. Dutschke, 12/13/2009. Cataloged from existing description: C. W. Dutschke with the assistance of R. H. Rouse et al., Guide to Medieval and Renaissance Manuscripts in the Huntington Library (San Marino, 1989). Elegantly bound, s. XIX, in dark brown morocco with mosaic of leaves and 5 red flowers, front and back, and gold pointille; gold dentelle on the turn-ins; marbled pastedowns; gilt edges.

Provenance
Written in the Netherlands in the middle of the sixteenth century, possibly for Sister Clara van Vorssel who professed her vows in the Franciscan order in 1555. Belonged to Henry William Poor (1844-1915); his sale, Anderson, New York, 12 January 1909, pt. III, n. 250. Apparently acquired by Henry E. Huntington at that time.
