Description
Charles Handy article that discusses the varying cultures in management education. Specifically, Handy highlights and discusses the difference between a professional qualification in management and a degree from a School of Business Studies. Moreover, he proceeds to argue that there are two cultures, that of the School, and the world of work, and that it is up to the student to learn how to move between the two cultures and apply what he/she has learned as appropriate to the respective cultural problem.
