Pereira & Associates in 1961 and completed in 1963. 30 years later, the MWD moved their offices to another location and this structure sat vacant for almost 2 decades. In 2014, the tower building on the property reopened as The Elysian residential complex. The Metropolitan Water District headquarters as seen from the intersection of Sunset Blvd. and Beaudry Avenue. An unidentified man is seen outside the building.
