Description
A group photograph. There are names and accompanying cities written on the back side of this photograph. The date and location are also included as well as some notes written in Spanish. The men seated (sentado) are identified as: Junken Kamisato (Lima), Yoshisada Shiga (Sierra), Masao Yoda (Lima), Ryohei Kobayashi, Masao Kishi (Lima). Standing (de pie): Hajime Kishi (Lima), Seiichi Higashide, Seishun Arashiro (Callas), Uichi Kanda (Lima), Sadamaru Sone (Limia), Isamu Kurotobi (Lima), Manuel E. Ykari [Ikari] (Lima), Rokuichi Kudo (Lima), Katsumi Kishi (Lima), Mrs. Yoda (Lima), and Mrs. Kato (Lima).
Collection of notes, articles, correspondence, photographs, and term papers collected by Yukio Mochizuki, a student at CSU Dominguez Hills, while researching Japanese American incarceration and Japanese Peruvian internment during World War II.
