Description
"Johannes Nakin. Lehrer und Missionsgehilfe in Silo" ("Johannes Nakin. Teacher and mission assistant in Silo"). Profile shot of a man with short hair and a little beard, wearing a suit.
Johannes Nakin was born in 1833 in Silo. Being trained as a teacher in Genadenthal he began his missionary work in South Africa East in 1870. In 1878 he married Emma Nakin. He died in Emtumasi in 1903.
