Orange mount, white back.
Telegraph Hill, later known as Poundcake Hill, disappeared under Los Angeles Civic Center and Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center after 1936.
William Godfrey and Henry T. Payne were partners at one time; upon retirement, Godfrey turned over his interest in gallery to Payne. Payne continued to print Godfrey's views.
