Description
Scope/Content: Photocopied sheet contains a 50-word typed message from Earl R. Oatman to his mother Ruby Oatman on a form provided by the Imperial Japanese Army at Phillippine Military Prison Camp no. 3. Bottom portion of sheet is a brief handwritten letter from Oatman to his mother, additional handwritten notes, and a partial stamp reading "Customs Use Only."
