Description
Lease taken over by Hajime Masuzumi. Lease agreement for 2.5 acres of land on the Guadalupe M. Dominguez tract east of Wilmington Avenue and immediately adjacent to the south line of the tract. The lease begins March 4, 1938 and ends March 3, 1939 and has a yearly rent of $62.50. Additional text is added to the agreement relating to sub-leasing and proof of United States citizenship required by the company for Alien land law compliance.
