Description: Yang Anxian, the Director and senior engineer for the Bureau of Science and Technology Policy at the Chinese Academy of Sciences describes her management training in the 1980's where she had the first opportunity to read Drucker's books and goes on to say that after reading more of his books, she would like to translate his works into Chinese because of how they have influenced her career.
