Description
Officer at right drops some rubber balls used in a carnival, assertedly sponsored by Bell Chamber of Commerce and raided by Sheriff's vice squad. Other officer tags giant panda prizes taken in the raid. Eight men and two women were arrested on gambling and fortune telling charges. Carnival operated at Bandini and Atlantic. Photo dated November 5, 1951.
