Description
"Goodby Old Pal," says Sergeant C. C. Kegley, Commander of the Los Angeles Police Mounted Squad, to his horse on July 2, 1926. On July 3, 17 officers and their mounts will go forth to duty together for the last time. The horses have been ordered sold at auction to meet the City's economy program.
