Shows side of building with painted sign for Sperry Products, J. Chas. Green & Co.; Littles Shoerie, fine footwear for men, women & children. Vacant lot with several sawhorses/scafolding and group of five men standing in front. Macdonald street, sidewalk and buildings line left side. Horse and carriages in street.
"H.S. Hoyt" -- stamped on back.
Possibly commissioned by the J. Chas Green Co. to document their signs. Company was owned by Jacob Charles Green, formerly of Varney & Green, between 1909 and 1914. Firm did outdoor advertising, bill posting, painted signs, street cars, railroad bulletins.
