Title supplied by cataloger. Two clues - a scribbled note on the margin of a newspaper left in an airliner, and footprints in the rainsoaked earth - were being followed today by sheriff's deputies searching for Donna Frislie, 14-year-old babysitter missing from Lancaster since Tuesday and feared kidnaped. The footprints were found at the home of Mrs. Barbara Christiansen, 44245 Second St. E., where Donna sat with the Christiansen children. Today, more than 100 deputies conducted a house-to-house search in the Christiansen neighborhood and in the surrounding desert. In this photograph, Valley Times staff reporter, Ralph Clark, examines personal articles of missing girl at sheriff's sub-station in Lancaster. Photograph dated February 27, 1962.
