Photograph of the exterior of the Occidental Hotel on the east side of Hill Street between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, ca.1910. Two horse-drawn wagons and a bicycle are parked at the curb. The Thayer Decorating Company occupies one of the street-level storefronts of the three-story brick hotel building which bears the name "E. Wilson". Street car rails run through the middle of the street in front. The adjacent buildings are partially visible at each side of the hotel. Legible signs include: "Occidental Hotel", "Thayer Decorating Co.", "Fresco [...]nting", "Wall papers, [...] fabric", "430 So.
