Description: Pictured in circa 1955 is the interior of Colonial Heights Branch of the Sacramento City Library, located at 4201 Fifty-Fourth Street. The 1,100-square-foot branch was closed in 1957, transferring its wares to the new, 2,500-square-foot Mabel Gillis Branch. Pictured in the center of the frame is librarian Evelyn Luttropp.
