Photograph dated October 7, 1947 shows the Reverend W. Reid Hammond, pastor at St. Jude's Episcopal Church in Burbank. Hammond was one of a number of Burbank church representatives present at a City Planning Commission meeting to protest a proposed parking ordinance that would require all places of public assemblage to maintain parking lots.; See images #00120417 and #00120420 for all photos in this series.
