Description
J. R. Shea, works manager, writes Mr. D. B. Peckham, division controller, saying that he is attaching a copy of a letter sent by Mr. Protzman to the army authorities concerning his Japan assignment. In the attached letter, dated October 12, 1948, C. W. Protzman writes Howard L. Heath, of the office of the Secretary of the Army, of the Overseas Affairs Branch, discussing his preparation for the Japan assignment.
