Men working with some wood, but mostly steel bars, on the Colburn School construction project at 2nd and Hill streets. The Colburn School is a music, dance, and drama school located in downtown Los Angeles. It consists of two parts -- the School of Performing Arts, which has open enrollment and serves children in the community through age 18, and the Conservatory of Music, which is a degree program with highly selective enrollment. The Dorothy Chandler Pavilion can be seen in the background. Photo dated: August 16, 2005.
