Photograph caption dated November 13, 1959 reads, "Sale Readied -- Valley members of Southern California district of United Foursquare Women collect items for district-sponsored rummage sale to be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at 120 E. Olive Ave., Burbank. From left are Mmes. Jack Hatton, E. H. Willingham, Ralph Schmidt and Loren Noyes, chairman. Items, including wearing apparel and household articles, will be available. Proceeds will augment organization's service fund for sending supplies to missionaires in foreign countries. More than 100 Foursquare churches are represented in district."
