Photograph caption dated March 23, 1959 reads, "Jules Strongbow, left, honorary mayor of Sepulveda, gives key to community to starlet Marion [sic] Collier and Ben Stone, manager of new Hub furniture store at Sepulveda boulevard and Nordoff [sic] street in Sepulveda. Store is 14th in Southland chain. It is companion store to one in North Hollywood, opened in 1956, and Van Nuys store, recently remodeled. New Sepulveda center contains 15,000 square feet and has adjacent parking for 100 automobiles."
