Description
Worker stands atop scaffolding covering second stage of drill tower under construction. First stage of concrete shell shows door and windows for access at base. Second worker stands next to tower base. Lumber and construction debris lies in dirt around site. Construction site possibly Long Beach Fire Department Training Center on Lakewood Boulevard.
