Description: Pre-printed note originally sent with an annual pass for the Mill Valley and Mt. Tamalpais Scenic Railway. Stamped December 31, 1906 by Harrie W. Carothers, Secretary. Note lists the following officers of the Railway: "S. B. [Sidney Barlow] Cushing, president; R.H. Warfield, vice-president; Louis L. Janes, secretary; First Nat'l Bank San Francisco, treasurer".
